Losing major credibility...

They are mostly focused on greasy foods even fatty foods , way less of the
healthy foods in their restaurants it is shown that way in their menu selections

It is the opinion of  California Advocate  that thefood administration , the
California Health Board  to force Denny's to serve more Healthy foods
, no fatty , greasy foods.
Or the Iconic Diner will have to shut down forever in what
would be a very historical shock to this country , its loyal customers
, Restaurant historians

Target Stores: Sunnyvale , California

Simply impressive 

The Sunnyvale Town Center Store  was re done, restructured
 from the older two floor design of the structure after Montgomery Wards
was housed in the building in the same variable location, it
is still a two floor structure store .
It is the opinion of California Advocate that we say that it has
shown better customer services, relations  then many of its one level stores
starting with its Mt.View , Stevens Creek Store in Cupertino , California.

It is said that the Company of Target has re done its other stores but not the Mt.View
 Store for some reason or another -It is as if they do not plan to have that store there
much longer , that would  negatively  effect Mt.View , its residence , the stores
customer base if that is to be an actuality

We at California Advocate  ask that the store remain there for employment
 , shopping convince for the city of Mt. View , its residence, more., that it be
 redone to look better , kept up to date as many of its other stores are.

Losing Credibility & its normal customer base  


It is a sad thing to say this about a long standing historic franchise such
as McDonald's.
This fast food restaurant chain has been more then a house held name , trusted company
 , franchise for many years starting with many years before Ray Kroc took full ownership
, control of the company , its restaurants from the original owners known as
 the McDonald's Brothers in the companies early years.

It has been said by Yahoo News that the prices of McDonald's food selections
 have secretly climbed with out notice by many of its frequent, loyal customer
 base , sense that  has been put out many of its loyal customers have reluctantly
 come to the restaurants, more if not all of its other loyal customers have gone else were.

We at California Advocate have investigated this , it has shown to be more then accurate.
If this is to keep up it will drastically , negatively effect the company , its longstanding
reputation that has been nothing but positive til  this current point , year.

So we at California Advocate ask the McDonald's Corporation to focus on this issue closely
and come to a resolution to where prices are back to its lower price base where all families
both on fixed , middle , working , other incomes can still be able to more then
afford to eat at each of their restaurants , where it can still remain in business,
 where many of its loyal customer base can return to each location , where
Yahoo News will be able to report many positive things about McDonald's
, more, may it remain more then affordable to , for many as mentioned earlier
 in this statement.

Between 9:20 am  , 9:50 am  Tuesday, Nov.25th 2014 

As the one of our advocates was in that location to get some thing to drink.

As that happened our Advocate saw an employee in the red apron still on in
what is a normal sign that she or he is a sign that they are still available to help
the general public she was totally ignoring the people that were in line as she
focused on some thing that could be done when the person is not on the clock
, not in the coffee shop.

But instead this employee still ignored the line that was forming  bit by bit,
& continued to socialize with the other employee that was actually working
with the persons apron still on , she then finally decides to  take off the apron
 , steps away from the person that again was actually working then eventually
 went back to the same person to socialize again , still did not acknowledge
that their was customers to serve in the place.

That entire thing that happened was reported to us by our advocate that was
at the  location.

And we took action in reporting it to the corporate office , we do trust that
professional actions will be take in regards to the   situation that
happened while in the morning hours of business at Starbucks Coffee.

An employee that works at any location for a company they  should
not do that of what the one employee at the business that was
 mentioned earlier or any other thing that would put a bad look on
the company name. its current positive  reputation.

By doing that the person can lose their employment for good at the company
, at the location as well , they might never be able to work at any other location
of the companies stores.

Besides the fact that they were sued three times in the past years before
they acquired the ( West Coast  Drug Retailer ) Longs Drugs Stores 
- In 2008.

There is only one good thing that they have done since the two said above here
, that is that they stopped selling the devils death stick -Aka -cigarettes.

Aside from that not a thing else is positive all the rest is the same since all
that was mentioned above here in their poor operation of doing what they are
 , have been doing in the basic business sense.

In addition:

We know that Longs would have eventually stopped selling cigarettes
 , maybe way sooner then C.V.S. has.

So we are still hoping that Longs Drugs Stores returns back to California
- Where it all began.

Through the beginning Safeway gradually made a name for the stores
, the company in all along with becoming a house held name , a company
that can be trusted ,reliable , more.
And the customer service got really good too , it has stayed that way til
December 5th, 2014 - At Safeway's store on Bernardo , El Camino
in Sunnyvale , California at the Cherry Chase shopping Center  ..

One of our Advocates went over to that location to receive
 via western Union , was not served the professional way , manor .
Instead he was treated like he was some joker , unimportant person
 , not as a valued customer to where they would want him to keep
coming to shop, do business with them again even in the near future.

After this report we will give the stores location one chance , after that
if the experience does not change we will set in action for Safeway to
close that location or change management to be way more friendlier.

So many can still shop there still if you so choose to even after reading this
or you can go to another location of a Safeway Store - That would more
then drastically hurt the store in the Cherry Chase Shopping Center - til  such time that
you read a positive report about , on this location of the Safeway Store.

We can call it a community / city gathering support system against that Safeway Store.

In short it would be like a Strike against that store at that location til again they
 change their tune , or change management with in the store.

But make sure that Safeway stays Safeway , not changed in to Albertson's in what is said that
might happen if Albertsons gets their way that will gradually negatively effect Safeway , the stores
that are merged with them starting with Pack "n" Save , Vons , Dimonico's - To where
Safeway will have to let go of each of those stores if Albertsons takes control of Safeway.

Albertsons took control of Lucky stores , lost money , did not handle the business end of it along with the quality , reliability , more while in control of Lucky so much so that Save Mart had to buy the suffering locations, stores , with that it gave Lucky a chance to make a come back but only span as far as the Silicon Valley area's, that left the other area's starting with the Sacramento city , county area in control of where Save Mart has the area covered.

In short Albertsons has no real idea , know how of how to properly handle business
 even after taking control of other stores that are in the same retail industry as they are.

So Albertsons needs to remain single , stop trying to take control; of other stores completely .

Safeway needs to remain as Safeway or their quality , house held name , more
will be lost , no person will ever shop at their stores no matter the location.

The many years the Prolific has been in business it has done many things
to bring more people to it, as it has done that it gradually has made a
successful track in its venture of business compared to many other
coffee / Bakery shops of its time.

But over the course of many years it has ignored the fact that
not all people are very wealthy to where they can afford the
 high prices that it has raised of what they have , serve minus the
 number of drinks that it also serves.

With that the numbers of its normal population / Customers / foot traffic
has gradually depleted but it has now a moderation of those who have
more then enough to spend , for a short time , with things getting now on a
fair line even in the economical aspect or venue.

But even that does not do  a business like that any good in any way
with totally ignoring the percentage of the population that does not have
as much as themoderate percentage of those that can more then afford it.

In fact it is gradually effecting it negatively, so far they do not see it
with the fact of what is noticed by many starting by many advocates
, business seekers , many others.

It will continue effecting them negatively til they change the ways that
 they do business starting with their prices on many of their items that they serve
for lunch , cakes , pie's , breakfasts , many other things.

That will have top be done soon or they will find that they will be out of business
sooner then what they may see themselves even at this very time to where there will no longer
be a Bakery/ Coffee Shop - In the aspect of employment in California - Will be a negative
 base of its own if , when that were to happen.

Everyone knows when Lucky's was bought out by
Albertson's - In what they advertised as a marriage  between to supermarkets.

Many years before that Lucky's was known as a food store was known as
one of the 3rd top rated supermarket in California - In what was not too far from
the rating of Alpha Beta supermarkets but with that store being closely rated to
Lucky in the later years  Alpha Beta was at a point near the rating of Safeway
in what was seen a close base of a neck , neck in what was not too hard to see why.

But as the years rolled through , as more things got more , more competitive
in what was way too soon but not noticed that way by many til it was nearly too
late where Alpha Beta gradually faded away , out of site , out of the base of retail
for good.

It was  noticed then that the competitive base was to strong at a way too early of a time
so what was done to lessen the strain was a simple thing in what should have been done when
Lucky's sister store Alpha Beta  was still in operation/in business.

But what was also ignored was the gradual decline of Lucky's stores as well years after
Alpha Beta's demise, it was started by the media reports of the constant negative reports of
Lucky supposedly was lacking on making sure that no bad thing was in their food
items , that started with  the Lucky;s brand of ice cream in what was Lady Lee...

That was not seen as such a determent thing that would have negatively effect  that effected
the supermarket of Lucky but that did seeing that it was one of its main labeled items
that was to be identical to its core of quality , reliability, that along with many other
 things can effect a company , its stores way deeper  then many if not most or all realize.

That left Lucky supermarkets in a basic competitive financial pinch , it was in that
was so much so that almost every thing that they had they advertised many different
things not all at once but a various points of each year , in separate seasons as well to
keep from going under financially, to also stay competitive with the other supermarkets
 of its time then.

It gradually lost its support structure to where they secretly talked with many to merge with them , failed in that venture.

It was not til they had near to nil of a chance to stay a float that they had talks with Albertsons to where they secretly bought out Lucky in a  retail supermarket takeover.

That was really where Lucky was under the corporate wing of Albertsons as the company of Albertsons took over most of the Lucky stores it found it self  in a financial bind gradually as the years rolled on it also tried to do the same as Lucky's did in trying to make things better
, it did it in the sense of following nearly the same creed as Lucky did it when it was in near financial troubles but it went way worse for Albertsons then it did for Lucky's - So much so that they had to sell many of the stores to Save Mart supermarket  &  keep a veritable number of stores for themselves
to stay in the running , in the competitive part of retail.

But that did not fair well for Albertsons at all in any way , in many ways that simply shows that
Albertsons does not know how to conduct business very well even in a basic take over
 or merger of other stores even with in the same retail industry that it is in so many other
stores must be more then weary of that , do not allow Albertson's have any correlation, connection with them even in a partial to full take over.

In other words stay clear of them...

Now Lucky's is making a gradual , steady comeback even in  a more then stringent ,
competitive retail market, competition , they did a good move in connecting with Google
express in what would , still can gradually help Lucky retain , regain its quality , reliability
that it once had.

But Lucky has yet to expand to the other counties , regains of California - Like
what they once had many years before their involvement with Albertson's .

Palo Alto Sport Shop & Toy World 

Palo Alto Sport Shop & Toy world has a long standing history of first being
a family owned store , business since its first opening in ( 1930 ) - It has lasted
through three generations of the same family , it is still going strong today in 2014 -
With the third generation of the family at the helm if you will...


Due to respect we will not mention the families name.

The store was at first known as ( Palo Alto Sport Shop  ) - Starting in 1930
-- And it sold mostly things that was most popular in that century , year.

As years went on it gradually expanded starting with opening a toy store
that also sold skateboards, eventually that store was closed then all of what was in
 the known toy store was relocated to the Sport shop , at that time the store was
 bigger then when it first opened  from it being a two door building , store to a four
 door store.

But before all that the store was only a two door store , with that in
the same structure was other business's right next door to the sport shop in 1930...


Eventually those business's have gone out of commission , as that happened the
 Sport Shop remained in operation , it expanded with in the same building
in what made room for the toys , skates , more that it still holds with in the store
, the store was renamed as ( Palo Alto Sport Shop & Toy World)...

The only thing is that the skate part has no counter as it did at one time,

And in the late 90's it went through another change in other words a remodel
and that remodel added a upstairs for all the stores customers to also shop in.

It did how ever has had an upstairs but that was mainly meant for the stores owner
 , its employees but after the remodel  it is now open to many of the stores customers
 to shop in its still new addition but the office space in the upper level in what is
connected to the same walk way that leads into the swim department, to follow with
the city , state , county regulations it added an elevator near the center of the store.

This store is near to be the longest lasting family owned store in the state of California...

Many that have come in even in this year of 2014 - Have mentioned that they remember
 going in to the store when they were young , that has happened even in the late 80's
, early to late 90's.

That shows that over the years the store has created many positive , memorable
memories it has made for many that live in the same  county of Santa Clara..

We can hope to hear,see many more being made / created by , for the youth of today.

The store has gotten stronger , able to serve the public better not only with in the
store itself but also on the internet , what started in the mid part of the millennium
the store teamed up with  ( Google Shopping  Express ) - & Has long sense grown a
close friendship , partnership with ( Google )...

And they both are teamed up together each other as they both serve the general public both
 local , abroad & by doing that there is not one side taking over the other or vise a verse a &
 no actual merging either.

Many have mistaken the stores swim department as a separate part from the sport shop
and that is not the actual reality the real thing is that the swim department has
 , will forever be apart of the sport shop in what makes it one full store in all


With all that the sport shop has made a close connection with many schools/ Universities
in the sense of swim teams starting with ( PASA ) & A number of others , has been
giving team discounts.

Do note: That you must be part of the local teams , know the coach's names , many other things connected to that , do not make up things when you know its not true , the only reason you are doing that is to get the discount that is not very logical , not being honest either - It is better to be honest with that , many other things.

7 Eleven 

Seven Eleven - Has been in business for many years now  it has done many
things to serve the general public even by giving free things from time to time
free things like free Slurpee's.

That was one of many things of its own that they sold from the very first store
of 7 Eleven first opened, from its beginnings it had hours in what is the very base of its
name in meaning that it ran like a normal business in the sense of opening
, closing in the hours of 7 am of when it opened its doors & closed at 11 pm..

It was known as a mini mart in its beginnings , even now with its many locations
from its first store it is still in some way known as a Mini mart even when many
if not all of them are opened 24 hours a day 365 days in a year.

It has however been robbed many times in different years but it has not negatively
effected the store in any way but when that sort of thing happens it has what is known
as a slow foot traffic periods.

But it eventually goes right back to normal after about a number of weeks have
gone by with no fear of it being hit like that again.

On a totally separate thing that it has been said that when a mini mart is opened in any
part of town that part of town was seen as a low graded part of town in what was at
times ignored by many in political office positions , others , as that happened
the low graded parts of towns would get worse , worse even as many years went by.

But as times have changed still this time things have gotten better from that
where the low graded parts of towns are re done to look as good or as equally
as good as the mid to upper parts of  each town , city.

Outside of that Seven Eleven has been one of the only well known , longer lasting
mini marts in every state , county that it is in.

I - Hop  / International House of Pancakes

The International House of Pancakes  has had a long standing
history of good food , good service for many years but as of the current date ,year
so far at the location of The International House of Pancakes: On
Stevens Creek Blvd. in Cuportino , California thus listed at Santa Clara , California  
 near freeway 280 In what is stated , shown on the Restaurants web page.

This report is directly on that location , the matter / issue is that it is
( infested with Fruit Flies)... 

When bad report is said about , on one location of an establishment be that
a Restaurant or any other commercialized places be that again in food
service or Retail , any other public service / commercialized places
 it easily effects the entire chain equally no matter the location of any
of the other places with the same name , more.

This matter was brought to us by friends of a friend of ours.

We have already called the local Public health board on this issue
, if it has not been rectified then that very location if not others
with the same issues or worse or even semi close to that will be
forced to close down for good,

No matter the public viewing , serving that any place does for , to every
person that visits , eats ,shops , more at their establishments no matter
the industry from food service - Retail , on through no matter how minor
the issue it should still be taken care of way before it ever gets worse then
it is or was , has been in the beginning it must be rectified even iif the building
 has to be tented & closed for how ever long  or closed for how ever long it should
 be done - The focal point of any business should always be good customer service
good service , helpful staff, employees , happy , satisfied customers  many other
positive things along with having a clean , safe ,  non  infested place of business.

If the only focus on how much money rolls in they will soon find that they will not
be in business for very  long if they do not change their focus to what was said above
here -That goes for any commercialized business that there is even in the current
year , beyond , past ones as well.

Arby's  & Jack in the Box Restaurants  

Arbys on Bernardo Ave & El camino in Sunnyvale , California 
has been in the Cherry Chase shopping center of Safe Way , many 
other shops , etc..

Recently We did some health checks on one part of the franchise & it was 
was the Restrooms , it was okay a bit for a week or so but til a week before 
 ( Easter Sunday ) - The restrooms were not sanitary at all , so we went in the dining 
room of the restaurant ,talked to the employees of the Arby's that were working that 
same day , then on the week of Easter Sunday we went to check the same part of the 
franchise that we talked with them about , we saw a positive change , what that 
was -Was simply that the restrooms were spotless / clean...

New report on Arby's 

Our advocate staff member went on a update check up in various parts of each month 
and he was not very pleased on the upkeep on the restrooms so far even after one of our  advocate staff members  first talked with the employees of the Arby's franchise location.

If we keep getting more bad reports then we will take action , we do not want to take that sort of action because many people need jobs even the ones that at this franchises location , we know that many like their food to start.

Jack in the Box on Spruce Street & Victory Avenue
South San Francisco , California.

One month , two weeks before the month of April 
our secondary partner of Peoples Advocate
reported two of his close friends went to the very location of 
Jack in the Box - For lunch , when they ordered food for lunch 
, as they were thinking of eating there they saw that it was not hospitable 
to want to sit there in the dining area  so they went back to the building 
that they are working at in the city of South San Francisco.

And when they were home they did not feel well , they reported it to 
our secondary  Peoples Advocate
And we went to work on the case along with 
Conservative Republican Peoples Advocate.
After we completed the first half of the case we will see
 the out come of the issue , see if any positive changes were done at all.

There by we will report it as we get it after we take care of it.

Arby's Restaurants 











For the past number of weeks the Arby's on El camino & Bernardo Avenue
 has been swaying on one of many things so far , what the employees of that 
location do not realize is that if it continues that they will not only jeopardise
 the long standing trust , many other positive things or attributes of Arby's 
& that can not only effect the one location that is mentioned in this report it will 
effect the entire chain of ( Arby's ) - Where there will be not one restaurant of 
Arby's anywhere in any state  - In short that lack of keeping all things , parts 
of Arby's clean from the food to the dining room , the public restrooms
. daily , weekly monthly & yearly then the franchise will be no more / No longer 
in business anywhere in the  ( U.s.a ) - It does not matter who is managing each location 
, it does not matter if it is franchised , corporate locations or even just franchised 
Arby's will be forced to close for good once the Health , safety board of each state
 , county is notified , trust us they will be so at ( Northern California Advocate ) 
- Will give the employees at the location mentioned earlier  in this report   to start
 with to rectify the situation where all parts , things like, dining area the food  making
 , preparing even the restrooms to remain clean , if we do see a report that 
on any day that it has not been so even after checking a day or days after that 
one day we will contact the health , safety board with no hesitation we will also do that if we notice the same of any other location of Arby's .

Best Buy is a home electronic ,personal computer ,car stereo store & they do so many other things as well.

Best Buy was smart in competing with the formerly known store of: ( Circuit City )..

With Circuit City gone they find themselves competing with Fry's Electronics , possibly many others. 

What else will keep the stores in business is positive and strong customer service.

 Best Buy may have its employees on commission or a commission like set up but that  is one thing that they may have to change soon.


Best Buy employees are known to try,sell you high priced items even if you are only in there for a more affordable item that you only wanted to get or that you already decided on / planned on getting.

All this is due to the fact that they are told that they will add more to the employees paychecks if they were to sell an item that is of higher price / value - The employees will get a percentage of commission added to their pay if they also added a code of the employees to the sale that is being rung up at the checkstands.


That puts stress, pressures on the employees , in the same account it puts pressures , stress ,emotional discomfort on the customers that visit , shop at each store no matter the location.

That can make it where no one if at all anyone ever shop at nay of their  stores,, inturn they will gradually become as Circuit City ened up to be no more.


In order for ( Best Buy ) - To keep going strong , keep from from filing for commercial version of bankruptcy known as section eleven they must pay their employees better with in the living wage per county , city , state, drop the commission program that they have for each of their employes.

If they do that then there will be no pressure on the employees , in the sales / consumer part of it there will be no pressures  on the customer side of it as well.

We do not think ( Fry's Electronics ) - Would actually follow the very thing that of what was said in this page on the matter of able to remain in operation / in business longer then most companies have starting with Circuit City, the good guys -- Simply to name a few...

Fast Food , regular Restaurants/ Diner establishments & Retail stores

It has come to our attention that many places starting with ( Taco Bell ) are not to inviting when it comes to many things, in the current case that many are cutting cost of what they spend on quality , at the same time some places charge the same price for the item be that of food or other item , with that the quality is not the same even as they may advertise it to be if at all, when it comes to the drink cups in places like ( Taco Bell ) , others in the same industry the cups are more weak then sturdy , strong , stable.

That is like hat was once , may still be said about Wal Mart - That they talk down the cost of the items , try to act as if the item is the same quality at a low price but the quality is lessened , sold / priced at a semi if at all affordable price.

Our founder of ( N.C.H.A. ) Knew a friend who once was a veteran , who did a volunteer for the veterans - He bought a shirt from Wal Mart , did not wear it for about a week , then finally the day that he wore it he did a slight stretching  with his arms , hands as we all do , the shirt tore on the part of his right arm pit , that made him upset , he swore never to shop at Wal Mart ever again .

The moral of all this is that if a company chain or franchise chain , even those that are not a chain 
if they are wanting to have repeat foot traffic / repeat business then they can not lessen on the quality of cups , food , other items no matter what type of business it is even those that are outside the industries of Food service / fast food & Retail, with that keep it at an affordable if not more then affordable price range with the quality being 100% to start not flimsy , weak , easily breakable , tearing , etc.- Then you will be seen more then a trusted , caring business where with that you will have repeat foot traffic / repeat Business for your establishments of business.

One of our staff members went over to Carl's Jr. located in Sacramento County - City of
Carmichael , State of California , it was okay on the ordering , service , serving but when
 our staff went in the fast food restaurants restroom it was not clean , kept up properly it 
is a good  thing that our staff member did not have to sit on the toilet seat.

It is not very good for any business of any sort type , kind to have a any part of its public viewed , used facilities starting from when the consumer / customer walks in the place , sits to eat or drink as they relax , the same is said for when the customer uses the restrooms

April 12th , 2016

One of our staff members went to eat lunch on his break at a Carl's Jr. in Citrus Heights, California - On: Greenback lane & San Juan Avenue.

It was reported that when our staff member went to the establishment at said location 
he was apprised by another customer that there was no  toilet paper ,seat cover supplied  in the  restroom.

When our staff member went to pay for his order , stated that the order taking was courteous , professional.

On the other part of the report was that the dining room area was way more spacious then it was originally designed when it first opened in the location but a number of the tables of where the customers that come to eat in at the place so that they can relax as they enjoy the food that they order.

No matter how occupied that  an employee gets or try's to act as if they are busy they need to make sure that each seating area is clean both table , seat even in both areas , that the floors are swept , mopped at most every second hour of the day from  open , to closed but in the mid part of the day every third hour  of each day, do not spray near customers while they are eating , not anywhere near them , their food.

One of our staff members went to one of the Jim Boys Restaurants- For lunch , after the

 order was placed it was noticed that there was a posting that said that they were the first

 to serve healthy portions of food in each of their restaurants.-With that they added the 

fact with their 50 years in business.

That is simply known as: False Advertisement!!!  

The reality & fact 

From the the 1940's through the 1980's - It was not required for any fast fast food restaurant to 

serve any portion , type of healthy foods.

If any of the fast food franchise  did a sudden change of their food options , portions there would possibly be a low if no turn out in profit - Or simply every person would visit other franchise's that did not do that- In short many if not some of the well known franchises would not be around. 

And it was thought that many would eat healthy foods in their own home.

That seemed to be standard thought at the time but as the years rolled on many things changed in each of the general  public's lives.

To start it meant that many were on the go more then they were in the 20's,30's, 40's, 50's to start with.

But it still stood as each fast food franchise to serve any healthy foods even when the start of the obesity out break began to be reported in the media.

Many things were theorized of ways t fight the obesity  outbreak from schools getting rid of snack machines , soda machines where schools should serve the youth healthier foods .

When that was seen not to work in many if not all families then came the requirement of smaller portions of soda, salty , fatty foods , snacks .

Many soda makers were against that but they eventually complied with , still sold many of the regular portions that they have before the requirement was put in to place.

By doing that they had to spend much more in cost but it gave the public more of a option of what they wanted to buy , not just buy more then what they really needed even for a family household.

It was not til the mid to late 90's to the millennium that there began to be a requirement that all food establishments including fast food restaurants to start serving healthier portions of food.

Many fast food franchises where against it but many went with the requirements.

The first one was the global chain known as McDonald's , in fact McDonald's  was the actual franchise to start serving healthier food choices.

Many are still slow at serving healthier food options one of many that are still slow at it is 

Jim Boys Tacos.   

So it is the request that  all Jim Boys Taco Restaurants to take down that false ad posting in each of the franchises  & do not do any more false advertising of any sort or it will be reported to the  

 (   BBB  ) ....

One of our advocate staff members went in to the restaurant  at the very location specified above, ordered a large jalapeno chicken combo & was given the wrong sandwich.

 Our staff members assistant called the very again said location , they honored the very thing to keep a customer to keep visiting their restaurant in what many businesses should do., what is in  this case by correcting the mistake that they made on the order that was taken , paid for.

( Fair Oaks & Engle Avenue ) Carmichael , California

One of our staff members went to that location of the franchise for lunch break ,got good service but the only visiting consumer had a bad experiance of service when it came to the order that she made for her,her companion.
One burger was done right but the other burger had to be redone so that meant that they had a bad experiance , that bad experiance at the location   included that they had to wait longer for the other part of the order, as our staff member was about to leave the location he saw that they two that had the bad experiance go the other part of the order to go , started walking out of the fast food restaurant.

No one should have to go through that,any other thing that,any other thing that would lead to a bad experiance.

so if that means that the cashier at this,any other fast food franchise needs to recheck on the order before they place the order on the register , at the same time stay calm on both if you have to ask the customer the order so you know that you heard it right,at the same time remain calm try not to be nervous.

The customer will understand all the customer wants on that part to start that the order is put in right,prepared the way that they have asked for it to be before they paid for it.

Always let the customer recheck the order on the tray they have that right before they sit to eat it.

This way they do not have to get up,get the order redone. 

If you get an impatient,irrational,unreasonable person do not react back in a negative way, manor simply let the supervisor or manager take the order -They are trained to handle that type of issue,situation.

That way there is no conflict of any sort type,kind,do not allow the negative person get to you,ruin your day.

And the customer gets what they order, you can go about your day in a positive way,manor.

This location is surprisingly the 

most popular of many in the franchised chain of coffee places.

hopefully  that many of the other ones even in the ( Silicon Valley & Bay Area )- Will follow creed in having good service , proper order taking, clean dining area both in , out doors seating area & equally important friendly employees.

All of those is what the Watt Avenue ,El Camino location had, why its one of many of the most frequently visited locations in the state of:California-& Its a positive view, sign of what it takes for any business both drink, food, retail alike to stay in business.

This location has neglected on one health base that is important to have 
in any business be that of food service besides keeping the dining room clean 
to start in the sense of food service you must also have a full roll of toilet paper supplies,soap dispensers,a clean toilet,sink,soap supplies,if the place is out of any of the two or if the dispenser holders are not in operation,in need of repair,replace then the replacements or repair or both must be ordered right away & the employer or one of the employees must get more then one supply of toilet paper,liquid soap before they open up for business in that day to help cover for many other days til the said dispensers are repaired or replaced,with that always have the liquid soap,toilet paper refill supplies for when both dispensers are in working order.

In the case of the NOAH'S BAGELS - At the location posted one of our 
staff members visited the location , noticed the locations employees,employer
neglected to have a temporary liquid soap (with ) pump spout in the one restroom
,when it was brought up to the employees during the same visit the employees did not have any real concern about it at all, that is more then very poor concern about it,that is another form of unprofessional customer service.
They need to change that fast or they will not last long in business even if they are reported on by any customer to where the ( BBB ) & The State health department is notified about any numbers of issues even concerning the very issue posted here can also cause the place to be shut down,that can effect all other NOAH'S BAGELS -With in the chain negatively.

On: Manzanita & Madison Avenue

At this location the order taking was accurate,the person that brought our staff member was not very forthcoming,professional & restrooms were ignored totally where the stalls were not tended to where they were to be kept clean both restrooms were not supplied, cleaned at all to where they were left in unhealthy & unsanitary with cup lids , straw was left in the standing toilet in the men's restroom to start but there were many other things besides that,the restrooms needing to be cleaned,supplied,swept,mopped instead was ignored/neglected.

The one of many things that can negatively effect a business of all types even food stores, fast food franchises if one is negatively effected it effects the entire chain no matter if its corporate owned,ran or even franchised.

And if the employees are having home family personal even relationship related 
must keep it at home do not ever bring it with you at work your emotions get in the way of your job performance , that can make it where your employment will be at risk.

That goes for all that are in any business that deals with the public in any form ,way,level & manor no matter the industry of business even the ones that do not deal with the pubic in person , that are also legal.

( Jack In The Box )-They have been one of the many fast food franchises that many go to eat at for many years and with the competition you would think that they would follow the same creed as its competitors by having more or equal of   healthier portions of foods,drinks on their menu for the customers that go there to eat.

It has been our assessment that Jack In The Box is one if not the only one that has no true focus on whats best, healthier for their customers all they are focused on is the margin of what they are making in sale & profit the are afraid to do the logical thing & do their healthy versions of food portions like salads,many other healthy portions of foods,drinks.
        
But instead they keep on the track of the unhealthy portions by offering more,more meat,bacon,salted,other unhealthy portions of food,drinks like this one.   

   
That drink can cause a person to have a heart attack,if the person has worse heart conditions it can cause a person to be hospitalized or dead & if the person does not have that worse of heart problems or no heart issues that drink along with many of the other unhealthy food portions that are on the menu at:
(Jack In The Box)can help lead to it over the course of time along with any other 

unhealthy portions of food,drink portions that each,every person puts in their bodies,digests.

A person with a heart condition,issues & those that don't have heart issues are supposed to have very little salt intake - If the person has too much no matter the food,drink portions can cause major to death like heart issues even for those that do not have heart issues yet.

But those who have minor heart issues are supposed to have very little salt once in a while not every day of their life,those with major to serious heart issues can not have any salt intake at all.     

Jack In The Box - Has two options:

Option 0ne>  Start serving more healthier options of food,drink besides the small portions of food such as the chicken sandwiches,juices & milks

Option Two> Get ready to pay for fines,peoples hospital bills or close down for good.

 Human life & living is more important then making a profit in sales.
