In recent & past years there has been a number of deaths, a good number of them were
related to ground travel starting with trains , some light rail but larger amount of trains, a number of automobiles.
The most recent one was with a close call when a few people went across the walk way that interconnected with the train tracks on both sides one side closer to sidewalks , commercial buildings, one side not that close to the buildings -In shorty it was at
Redwood Cities Sequoia station -In San Mateo County - - ...
What happen there was a few people were going across the path way that was mentioned above here , the last person that did was nearly hit by Cal Train as it was rolling towards
the direction of San Jose -As it was about to stop at the station in Redwood City -..
A number of years before approximately early to mid 90's -There was a death due to a thought by a little girl in the age of Elementary School -Thought that she would be able to make it across the two tracks before the train got to the point of where she was at.
The sad thing was that she was wrong she did not make it across the tracks before the train got to the point of where again she was at.
What happened was that she was killed while trying to race across the tracks as the train hit her , her bike, what was left was a mangled bike , that was it generally.
She did not make it across , she will not be able to see what her future could have been.
You would think that many people even in this year , many years to come that
they would remember that , know that the very same thing can , will happen to them aas it did to the young girl that traumatic day on the tracks that is near , crosses Alma street in Palo Alto , California-...
But unfortunately many over the years have become more risk takers , what many would call ballsie , many others would call stupid.
We can not be doing that by thinking simply we will make it across the tracks because even if we do make it one time across both tracks today for example does not have any guarantee that we will make it across the tracks again any other time we attempt to race the train as we try to make it across the two tracks , with that even if we make it across the one whos to say that there will not be another train rolling a few seconds or less earlier , with out notice the person , that very person can be you or any other person in who will get hit , killed by a train rolling across the tracks as you or again who ever it may , will be tried to race across the tracks to try , make it to the other side of the tracks , it will not be the Cal Trains fault at all it will be the fault of the person in who has attempted to beat the train as they run across the tracks as they try to get to the other side before the train comes to that very point of where they are crossing.
So lets not teach our youth , others to do that lets all remain safe , when a train is approaching from both directions on the two tracks or the one side on one of the tracks.
Lets keep in mind of what happened to that little girl when she tried to make it across the tracks but did not make it , was killed instead.
I know you or many may think , say that just because she did not make it does not mean I will not make it across...
Who ever thinks that or even says that in any way is way more then wrong you , many others as the little girl was not invincible so in shorty it can, will happen to you , many others as it did again happen to the girl.
So we ask that you , many others do not assume that you will make it before a train or a truck or bus or any other large vehicle on track or road , any other surface none of those can stop on a dime as it is said meaning they can not slow down or stop as quick as some cars can thus I would not recommend anyone to do that even with any normal sized vehicle.
The simple reason for that is they will not always if at all see you as they roll through the road ways, the end result will be as it was for many others that have run across the streets as well , many of who are not with us on this planet today.
So please lets all be smart , remain safe do not attempt to try , beat any of those across the tracks and road ways.
Our loved ones , many others that we do , do not know want us to be safe , alive , We know that you want to remain alive & safe as well , we must keep in our minds that no matter how much in a rush/ hurry we will or are or may be in we all must keep in our minds to do things safely with out risking our own lives , the many others that may follow with us.
With that lets stay safe , alive , not have our loved ones , others miss us , have to arrange our funerals as they morn our death , all because we made a stupid choice that costs us our lives.
We all deserve to have a future , the only way we will have that is if we are alive , the only way we can remain that way to start is not to attempt to try to race across the tracks, road ways for any reason, with that do not think that you can make it across with out a problem because you , many others can not see with in the times ahead in what would say that we made it across or not.

In the past few months , years we have noticed that many in the state of
California - Have done one thing to start with in what we are all taught in
drivers Ed classes , while taking the drivers test to get a state drivers licence
to not do .
What that one thing is -Is simply not to go into the cross walk where
our automobiles front wheels are in the cross walk in what blocks the
path way to all ( Pedestrians ) - both able walking , bicyclists , skaters
, wheelchair bound , walker bound , strollers ,, joggers ,the deaf , blind.
So we will take it upon ourselves to report the next person who does that
there will be no excuses to be said if you try to make child like excuses you
are showing that you are a very uncaring person , driver , you will be sighted
by law for your uncaring , unsafe driving at any intersection , in any city , county
in the state of ( California )...
Plus all drivers in the state of California - Must keep your eyes , mind on the road
, not on your phones , other things that you can easily be preoccupied , distracted
by where you can harm another person with out realizing it , what can kill other
people if al drivers do not keep their eyes , mind on the roads , what is happening
on the roads , even pay attention to all pedestrians , etc. - Or you will be the cause
of a persons demise , you will be put in jail for that, you can make all the excuses
you want it will not matter you will pay the price for harming, killing/ hitting another
humanbeing that are both on a bike , walking , etc...
So in all we need to still -
Remain Safe in California
