Since world war 1 & 2 we have been told that it has always been beyond customary to support our troops that go to war to defend , protect our rights & freedoms that we have in this beautiful country of ours.

That same thing was said even before & during the Vietnam war, its still being said  in today's world even before, after the two wars that we had starting with the Desert Storm war , the war we had after September, 11 2001.

Yet this advocate has heard that when our Vietnam Veterans returned from the war no one if at all any or very many welcomed them home  as they did when our troops came home from the two wars of world war one , two , what has also happened when our troops came home from the Desert Storm war , the war we had again after September, 11th 2001...

 This Advocate has , will always thank all of our troops from all of the wars we had to start for their service, will always pray for their safe trip home , for them , their families, I will never stop doing that no matter what.

 

The negative statements comes mostly from those who do not know whats really happening out there in the war / front lines / battle field so that negative statement is not logical , it is not needed, its not respectful at all.

So even if we do not really know whats really , actually going on in the wars that we have we should not label or judge or look down at our veterans no matter what we need to show them respect , in turn they will show , give us respect as well.

With that there is a saying that says ( Treat those the way that you yourself would like to be treated).... 

 All of us should stand by that , go by that very saying no matter what , I know that the media may be showing as they report things about the wars even while the reporters are out in the areas of the wars but that of what they say does not tell anyone the real fact , actuality of what really goes on out in the wars , also it is said that the media is only allowed to report only so much , I know that is also said in any other thing that they report on but its a safety requirement to do when it comes to the wars that we fight in to start.

 

So we should not plainly, simply go by what we hear because we are not out in the field of wars when we send our troops out to war.

 Our troops have given their lives to defend , protect our freedoms , rights , more, their families have thanked them , believe that they are doing what they are doing is right , many do not but none , others might not but with the love , honesty , more that they have for their family members that go out to fight for this country support them , I know that they also pray for them as well , those that are not in the front lines of war should support , pray for our troops.

 It is because of their sacrifice that we have been able to have , keep the rights, freedoms that we have even currently so we should salute not only our flag known as ( Old Glory ) -But also we should salute our troops , thank them for their service even a shake of the hand as we thank them is a show of respect.

Even those that do not come home we should pray for them , their families , thank them for their service even those that come back nameless as many have.

 With that I know that we will be showing many things that are positive emotionally & physiologically.

 We can also show our respect , support by doing volunteer work for our country in our state by spending time with our vets , build models with them read books with them paint with them , other fun projects like drawings , planting to start, while doing those you can get to know our troops not as a soldier but as a human being in who they are , with that they will see that we all see them as important as well as loved , respected, more.  

  And we can do some volunteer work in our state starting with in , around our each of our counties , cities , towns.

That in it self will show that we are not only patriotic it will also show that we care about our communities , cities , towns , our state , the future for not only those butalso for our children , ourselves in all.

 / if you are in the red in your accounts to start with,
they do not care how it effects you at all no matter
 what type of income you are getting even if the only
income that you are getting is Social Security Income
 , any other income, they do not care if you can not afford
to pay off the with drawls or any other thing.that you have through them.
Many have said that they are a sneaky under handed bank that does things
 that they are , have been doing at Wells Fargo Bank- No one should bank
with them , have any other dealings with them at all.

they  counted the number of food items per person wrong ,
the way that the manager was acting towards myself , my two
friends showed that it was more then a regular thing in what told
me that that it has happened more then once even when the
manager claimed that we miscounted ,they did not so in
 all the manager acted as if we were at fault & they were not.
That showed that she did not care even though she was in the wrong.
Yes the manager was a female...
That action,the way that she acted towards us was not
very professional , showed very bad customer service.

Western Dental will work with you on 
insurance coverage with in their  policy  but they 
do not do a thing right when they do what is needed 
in dental work.
Being that I have seen many that come out of it where 
they are bleeding out of their own gums ,mouth , 
I have also experienced   it myself , the end result 
was that I found that my gums bleed all over my pillow
 the reason was not due to the lack of gauze in what was
 supposed to keep the gums from bleeding out to where the 
gums would eventually heal but   what they should have done is
make it to where the persons gums do not bleed like stitch the 
gums to where there is no chance of bleeding gums at all.
And when I called them on , about that they showed me 
that they could care less  about you no matter what happened.
As long as they get the money that's all they care about they do not 
care about the person at all.

This Apartment complex has had a good re pore all
 the way through til August of 2013.

It is currently a gated community set up , they have a excellent 
maintenance crew in fact way better then most complexes in the 
( Sacramento County  Area ) - But when they say that the complex
 is safe with the fact that they have security patrolling at various points 
of the week that part is true but currently if you are harassed by another 
tenant , threatened by a tenant they will only tell you to stay away from them 
, do not talk with them anymore , even if the tenants threaten to break in your unit 
the rental management will not take any further like evict the tenant that even
 threatens your life , residence , more.

They will claim that they can not do a thing legally beyond warning notices.

Yet they can but are too afraid to , they know that if it was done to them
 they would not hesitate at all, they would evict the tenant that hurrasses , threatens them 
but they will not do that for any other tenant , if you were too ask them 
they would lie too you and not tell you the truth at all no matter how you ask them.

It has been said that the complex is going to the dogs due with the fact that the 
management is letting any ( Tom Dick & Harry - Mary Jane & Sue ) - In the complex 
all just to fill the empty units & while they are doing that they are not even thinking
 of or about , not even considering the current tenants  well being , safety & comfort.

With that all of the tenants are not looked at as actual human beings they are 
all looked at as a business transaction only, other then that they can care less 
about the tenants. 

And it is due to the safety issue & the fact that they are letting in , renting 
to any person even if its the type that is mentally , emotionally unstable 
enough to harm the other tenants -In why that in the past few months , weeks that many have moved out of the complex, many have said that they will follow the same actions as others by moving else where, that is another bad sign on

So if you are at all planning to relocate to another complex do cross out 
OakWood Apartments off that list of possible or potential places to look at to live at , rent from.

Mountain View Studios is said to be a low income income residence caring , reasonable place starting with for all that are developmentally disabled , handicap they are connected to the organization known as: Housing Choices Coalition - It has affiliated itself with the regional center known as San Andreas Regional Center  - & Abilities United  , others .It is not true that the Mt. View Studios is not a caring imparcial place no matter how much they try to say what good they do all it is really is a place that is like you do what we say , you can live a good life here , if you upset any abilities united client , staff member you will be evicted.  - With that they will not say it but they will side with the most vindictive Ils organization that there is , one    is known as Abilities United , they have also a vindictive employee known as ( Debera )...

We have an employee that lived at that complex , experienced that , many other illogical things.

So we are recommending that no one associate themselves or children , anyone else.

Never use Cash 1 Pay Day Loans  at any location even if you want to get change for however many dollars so that you do not end up giving a cashier at a food market or fast food restaurant or mini mart or any other place a load of change , this goes for even those that do not have a checking or savings account or both at any bank -Cash 1 Pay Day Loans does not care about its customers all they want is your money - Its not a surprise to us that  the Cash 1 location on (Arden Avenue ) in ( Sacramento , California ) - Is no longer in business with the very type of rude attitude extremely  poor customer service to one of our staff  member received very poor service , was rudely addressed by a female   employee at the location in ( Sacramento, California ) - On ( Watt Avenue) across from  (7-Eleven ) & ( Grocery Outlet ) - Use any other pay day loan place that will help you turn your coins in to cash what ever the moderate amount  that would help you shop for food , out for lunch , many other things.

According to Fox 40 News there is four days from now til marijuana is to be sold in dispenceries , so far only one dispencery was approved.

In addition the medicinal marijuana will be the equal in cost of medical marijuana..

It seems to be more then apparent that even the california law makers, state officials have not come up with more realistic

,logical ways to increase profit that would benefit the state,city,counties with in California - 

That being something that would not negatively effect the citizens even in the financial sense.

And no raising rents in the state is not one of them that would benefit the citizens of California...

We all know that that Gov. Jerry Brown used the prop 39 to first advertise it for California school funding - because when the local media hyped up the news coverage of Jerry Brown unavailing the high tax plan of his , when that happened he noticed the high percentage of how unpopular that it was to many all across the state by it self.

So when the legislation of prop 39 came in to focus , reality he saw some thing that he would be able to use depending on how popular that it would be , depending on what it would be put in the voting ballot.

Then Jerry Brown put himself in the ads that advertised the proposition.

Obviously that was him trying to show , act as if he was sympathetic , sincere to the needs to our youths education in the state of California.

That was not an actuality he was playing us as if he actually cared in what really he does not.

If he did then he would not do in what he did with using a loop hole in the proposition as many things that are put through legislation have, after the fact that he saw that the prop was about to pass he secretly switched it from being the proposition for California school funding to his high tax plan due to the loop hole that many things that are put through legislation has without the politicians making it where there is no loop hole in any part of it.

All small businesses with both single store to chain store businesses , many as franchises start a petition , as many as a few hundred or thousand signatures of many business owners to sign the petition , then bring it to the official in the state capital , it will bring it to the attention of Jerry Brown , with that you , many other business owners can talk with the Jerry Brown in talks where the high tax plan is taken off legally , or make it where its more affordable for you , your small business , many other small businesses as well in the state of California.

This way the employment situation is not lost in this state , many small businesses can thrive , last longer all in one.

Dear Palo Alto Daily Post 

We are writing you due to the letter that was written to one of your editors  about the story that talked about VTA trying to get the city of Palo Alto to start with in agreeing on setting a lane only for the bus 522 - It would realistically cause a traffic problem way worse then what is seen on the entrance to the Bay Bridges , even worse then what we all see on the freeways of 101

,280, 680, at times 580, it would be close to the very issue of traffic issues that Los Angeles has on its freeway.

So we support the Cities both Palo Alto , Mt.View , other cities such as San Jose , etc. - in the Santa Clara County 

to deny the proposed plan that VTA -Has set up with out focusing on the reality of what we said in what it will cause a negative , not a positive , with that all that VTA is focused on simply using money to get their way like a spoiled  child trying to get their  way but in this case VTA -Is using the basis of money to draw the city to their side so that again VTA - Gets their way.

If Vta got their way on that then Sam Trans would try to get San Mateo County to agree , approve the same thing for many of their express bus routes , even that would cause more of the same thing that was said about the same traffic issue if Vta again got its way.



Money can be used in a positive way , in a negative way.

The Positive way would be donations in helping  a cause that would help the Homeless , many other causes even for the mentally ill , this states education system to better the education for our youth in this state.

The Negative way is to simply use it to get ones way as Vta is trying to do & what many of the Politicians have been doing
 , are doing in this state , in Washington DC..

All of us know the old saying that Money is , can be the root of all evil...

On the day or two after that one there was another letter to one of your editors on
 , about cutting the transit system shorter then it is where many would have to depend on
 Cal Train dose not go where many people need to go at various times of each week , all due to the fact that 
the woman who wrote does not realize that , what she does not see that the buses are much cheaper to get to places for many then it is to ride Cal Train.

What many may not realize also is that there are many technological advances happening piratically every day , month , year of each of our lives but we do not see that nor realize it with all that we are doing , having to do, more in this so called fast pace society.

Many that do not see it as the woman did not , maybe still does not see it get to impatient , write of things that are not totally
 logical at this current time , point , even for a county as large as  Santa Clara County is along with the numbers of people that live , visit this county - The same would be said for , about San Mateo County , the city of San Francisco , others in this state.

So for Topic #1 Stay Strong Santa Clara County.

Topic #2 Good idea but not for big counties like Santa Clara , San Mateo Counties , others in California.

Sears announces it’s closing at least 50 stores

NEW YORK  — Sears doesn’t want to waste any time.

The retailer announced on Tuesday that it planned to “accelerate” the closing of at least 50 “unprofitable stores.”

Sears, which also owns Kmart, originally planned to close the stores over the next few months, but poor sales have sped up the timeline.

In its earnings report Tuesday, Sears said it expects total revenue to hit $7.3 billion for the fourth quarter — down from $8.1 billion last year.

Shares of the company’s stock were valued at more than $15 on Tuesday — down from nearly $45 a share in May 2015.

Sears said warmer weather and increased competition were partly to blame, as they hurt sales during the important winter holiday. Apparel sales in particular took a big hit.

Sears said apparel sales have “a substantial impact on our overall profitability.” The retailer said it planned to improve this area by adjusting clothing prices and offering more variety.

While Sears Holdings is known for not releasing national press releases with store closings information, the company does offer that information to local media outlets.Consumerist rounded up reports from towns across the country and came up with a partial list of store closings expected. Currently, no Connecticut locations are on the list.

Last week, department store chain Macy’s announced its holiday season results and its plans to close 40 stores in the coming months. Shoe retailer Finish Line announced plans to close 150 stores by the year 2020. Yet what you never hear about in the national news anymore is how many stores Sears Holdings, corporate parent of Sears and Kmart, is planning to close, even as they continue to shut down underperforming stores.

Today, Sears Holdings caught the attention of the Los Angeles Times by announcing that multiple Kmart stores in the state of California would be closing. If your local store is staying open (or is long gone) or you don’t run a Google alert on the subject, you might not even realize that the company is closing any stores at all. Yet Sears Holdings has actually shed a lot of stores in the last half-decade, without splashy national announcements that would make non-locals notice.

Their annual report from last year shows that they ended fiscal year 2010 (which ended on January 31, 2011–yeah, finance is weird) with 3,949 stores, and ended fiscal year 2014 with 1,725 stores. (Update:a Sears spokesperson clarified that this tally isn’t as dramatic as it seems: 1,238 of those stores that have closed in the last five years were actually part of Sears Outlet and Hometown, which were spun off into a separate company back in 2012. Most of those stores are still open, and sell Sears merchandise under different ownership.)

There’s nothing wrong with closing stores, or closing them without announcing it nationally. Sears Holdings had too many stores, many of which are too big for its current needs. It’s disruptive and terrible when people lose their jobs, and can be very inconvenient for customers, but closing underperforming stores or giving up a location when the lease is up is how a business survives. (Sometimes not closing stores dooms a business faster: ask Radio Shack.)

The lack of store closing list releases means fewer “Sears is doomed!” stories in the news, which the company would certainly prefer. Yet once we noticed this pattern, we had to look back and see how many stores had been closed in smaller batches during fiscal year 2015 to date.

Sears Holdings only makes this information public to local news outlets, and updates the number of remaining stores in their quarterly reports to shareholders. By putting together those local news reports, we can find most of them: let us know if your local Kmart or Sears has closed in the last year, and we’ll put it on the list.

I have finally found my purpose in life , it is a doozy but with faith , understanding , love , honesty , truth , above all the belief that all positive things are more then possible as the late great Gene Roddenberry has put out as his vision of the future -I feel that it is my mission to make sure that vision stays alive , lives on as I will still do for the founders of Longs Drugs Tom & Joe Long , with that I will then make a way that no politician will ever be able to stop or defund or any other thing to stop it from happening for it is strong heartfelt , positive , it will not just be for us , this planet it will be for our youth , their youth , beyond all that man , woman kind can even fathom/ view , imagine , grasp ...
I encourage all of you to do your part , maybe in some way we can meet some where , connect it to where it will be where Roddenberry's vision is more then a story , more then a vision , Idea it will be a reality , no one will be able to prevent it from happening no matter at any cost.& no money , ones life span is any factor in this at all

     The new information in ( 2016 ) - On the of living wages in the state of   California

   In this higher cost of living , surviving for those that are working in the middle class / working class single persons , those with families of their own.it was already announced by near end of last week to this week that we are on the legislators in the state Capitol approved the pay hike in the amount of ( $15 ) - & It has not been that long since the wage hike of ( $10 ) -...

It was also announced that Gov. Jerry Brown will sign it in to law it is said to be in effect by the year ( 2020 ) - But even with that  there has been a thought that with all the protest  before it was put in to process of it being in talks between both the liberal democratic party , the republican party & put it through , even as that was being done the media both local , abroad have had it as been one of many of their big news reports.

With all that it has been said, thought  by many with all the media coverage on the protest on , about the wage hike that  many think that              Jerry Brown may try to go through a loop hole to make it go in to effect sooner then ( 2020 )...

How many here think that a program/ organization called concern but its spelled its name
 ( CON-CRN ) - How many think it is a good idea for it to be statewide -- Currently its serving the tenderloin area of San Francisco, California

This program / organization helps those that are homeless, the mentally ill - i know that we have that issue all over California , the rest of the ( U.S. ) - But if it starts statewide in California & - It will be a positive sign to other states , work on similar program/ organization for their cities , counties.

Many things that begin in this state seem to rub off , benefit other states equally to this state has , is benefiting from.

Do you all think its a good idea for ( CON-CRN ) -To be state wide all over the state of :California , not just in San Francisco , California?
